Landlord Booster Options

We highly advise all landlords to take the Inventory Check Service. Since the Tenancy Deposit Scheme came into place to protect tenants from bad landlords in failing to return the tenants deposit, we strongly advise that you have this Inventory Check Service.

Professional Inventory check, content and photos	£50 paid on letting instruction	Prior to the tenant contract date, we will complete a detailed inventory highlighting property/furniture condition with photos. The tenant signs this inventory within 48 hours of receiving the keys.
FOR LET Board	£20 taken from first month's rent	Some Landlords with apartments or flats to rent do not find this beneficial as often with apartments and flats the sign cannot be seen. However, landlords with houses to rent find this a very worthwhile additional service. This will assist marketing your property in your local area

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE

By law, when letting a property the Landlord must have an annual Gas Safety Certificate. Our partners can carry out a Landlord's Gas Safety check and provide you with the certificate. Our Corgi registered partners can provide you with a Gas Safety Check and certificate for as little as £45.

EPC

As of October 1st 2008 all rental properties in the UK need to have in place an Energy Performance Certificate. Our partners can offer an EPC to Landlords from as little as £49 per property. Our EPC partners will take care of all your EPC needs with their fast and professional team of Domestic Energy Assessors. All the EPC assessors are based around Manchester City Centre, Castlefield, Northern Quarter, Chorlton and Salford Quays, so they know the local area and understand your requirements.
