Due Diligence

Quay Property Investments intend to maintain the highest standards of business ethics, professionalism and quality of service to our members.

Quay Property Investments obtain professional valuations by a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the majority of UK properties whenever possible, and valid price comparisons on off plan overseas developments to demonstrate true values and property discounts.

Quay Property Investments obtain rental valuations on all developments from a nominated professional management company which is active in the local area, before presenting you with the rental yield.

For UK off plan properties, Quay Property Investments is remunerated by way of an arrangement fee charged to purchasing members. We do not normally accept payment from developers, but if we ever do earn any commissions, we will make this clear to members in the interests of transparency. For Overseas investment property, we will always endeavour to structure a discounted property deal where we can charge NO FEE to our members.
