Return/Refund Policy

Both Reservation and Arrangement Fees are non refundable should you, the investor be responsible for cancellation.

Arrangement Fees are refundable by Quay Property Investments UK Ltd should there be any cancellation on behalf of the developer.

Reservation Fees are passed on directly to the developer on securing your reservation and are offset by the developer against the balance on completion

Quay Property Investments UK Ltd can take no responsibility for the developer returning any Reservation Fee.

If a provisional reservation is not confirmed by a signed Reservation Form and cleared funds within 5 days the property maybe be released to other investors

Delivery Policy

Your Solicitor will contact you once the contracts have been received from the Developers Solicitor. Exchange of contracts is usually targeted for 28 days after the solicitor is instructed but please note that in many cases this takes longer.

You will need to provide the solicitor with the specified deposit and you must ensure that all funds are cleared with your solicitor within before the date of exchange. Please note that the discounts available are dependent on your funds being made available within 28 days of reservation.

On the date of exchange the appointed solicitor will transfer your deposit to the Developer.

Quay Property Investments UK Ltd can take no responsibility for the developer completing the building nor for the return of any Reservation Fee that the developer holds.

Completion dates as with all developers maybe subject to change
