Upon receiving customer instruction and payment, we endeavour to upload & advertised properties onto the website and other property portholes within 24 hours. In busy periods, this make take up to 48 hours.
Your Solicitor will contact you once the contracts have been received from the Developer/Vendor. Exchange of contracts is usually targeted for 28 days after the solicitor is instructed but please note that in many cases this takes longer.
You will need to provide the solicitor with the specified deposit and you must ensure that all funds are cleared with your solicitor within before the date of exchange. Please note that any discounts available are dependent on your funds being made available within 28 days of reservation/offer.
On the date of exchange the appointed solicitor will transfer your deposit to the Developer.
Quay Property Investments UK Ltd can take no responsibility for the developer completing the building nor for the return of any Reservation Fee that the developer holds.
